Information we collect

• Contact details you submit through the Get Started or Enquiry forms on this site (name, email, phone, property details).
• Account and property information provided when your Tagrio account is set up.
• Standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically for security and performance purposes.

What we don't collect

Guests who scan a QR or flipbook menu do not need to create an account, and Tagrio does not require personal information from guests to view a public menu page.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and set up new accounts.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Tagrio application.
• To send account-related and billing communications.

How we protect information

Account data is stored on secured servers. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor (Razorpay) and are never stored on Tagrio's own servers.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate Tagrio (such as payment and email delivery providers), and only as required by law.
